The principals of FORE have developed multiple types of real estate throughout the United States.  The Partners and Development Directors of FORE operate locally and are extremely knowledgeable about their respective markets.  Fore Property Company is vertically integrated in financing, construction, and property management, thereby allowing for better control and productivity throughout the development process.  This process has allowed FORE to develop a portfolio valued at over $1 billion.  This includes developing, constructing and managing over 15,000 apartment units, in 70 properties spanning 14 states and 34 cities. 

Design

FORE combines over 29 years of efficient design results with innovative new materials, colors, and creative elements to present the most cost effective and attractive products.  In addition to having architectural expertise on staff, FORE utilizes talented local consultants to create the most appropriate design for each geographical area.
