CANV Construction Inc. was established in 1978 to better manage the cost, quality, and scheduling of construction operations. CANV is a licensed general contractor in many states and provides construction services for new FORE projects as well as ongoing improvements to FORE's existing real estate portfolio. CANV is managed and staffed by industry veterans who have a combined record of building more than 50,000 apartment units nationwide. In addition to experience, CANV utilizes state of the art computer software to track, schedule and budget construction projects which ensures our properties are developed on-time and on-budget.
CANV has undergone significant growth over the past 29 years with over 15,000 apartment units built for FORE throughout the United States. CANV continues to see project growth with a 2008 construction pipeline of 5,000 plus units.
