FORE routinely works with individual landowners, realtors and other developers to secure properties throughout the United States. Currently, we are seeking to secure properties in three key regions that generally fit the following criteria:

     - Zoned multifamily (10 to 20 units per acre minimum)
     - 100 units minimum
     - Close to grocery stores, medical centers, schools, churches, shopping
     - All utilities available or at site
     - Environmentally clean
     - Not in 100 year flood plain
     - Not close to high tension power lines
     - Surrounding properties should be free of factories and industrial use

Ideal adjacent land uses are single family, city parks, other rental properties or similar developments.
