Springville Senior Apartments is a 104-unit affordable senior (55+) development located Southwest of Ponderosa drive and Earl Joseph Avenue in Camarillo, CA. The 4.07-acre site will consist of 104 one and two bedroom apartments, restricted to low income senior households 55 and older. Affordable senior community is located in the southwestern portion of the Springville Specific plan, which is comprised of 159 acres of which a majority of land will be developed into single family homes, condominiums, and apartments.
